Essential Compositions, S.L. is an organisation dedicated to the design, development, technical advice, manufacture and marketing of scents and fragrances.
The management is committed to complying with the quality and environmental management policy, whose objective is the development and continuous improvement of its Management System, acquiring a commitment to the requirements and needs of our customers and society for the prevention of pollution and compliance with current environmental legislation and other applicable legal requirements.
This commitment is embodied in this "Corporate Policy", which is mainly based on the following guidelines:
- Establish, develop and maintain in force
- A Quality and Environmental Management System that complies with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 standards, reflecting the needs and expectations of our customers and interested parties.

- Management acts as the primary customer relationship manager.
- Maintain an attitude of trust and cooperation with the administrations, being scrupulous with respect to legal and regulatory obligations, with the intention of participating and contributing to the improvement of the society of which we are a part.

- Compliance with current legal regulations
- To apply compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory standards in the performance of our activity.
- Maintain the Management System in place, based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and update manuals, procedures, instructions and records.
- Carry out periodic internal audits of the Management System, which provide evidence of its correct adequacy.
- Setting objectives, targets and programmes
- To provide the necessary resources to achieve the established quality and environmental management objectives.
- Regular monitoring of the same, through the indicators established for this purpose, in order to ensure continuous improvement.
- Customer satisfaction
- To continuously understand the needs and expectations of our customers, with the sole purpose of increasing their satisfaction with our activities and services.
- Respond to possible complaints that may arise from the performance of the activity, as a means of resolving customer dissatisfaction.
- Raise staff awareness of the importance of knowing the needs of customers in order to make improvements to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Relationship with suppliers and/or subcontractors
- Continuous selection and evaluation of our suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring we can offer the best service to our customers.
- Staff participation
- Provide fair and respectful treatment of workers' rights, complying with applicable labour legislation.
- Continuously train all personnel involved in our activities, through the application of training and qualification plans that improve their adaptation to new technologies and systems, evaluating the effectiveness of these actions.

- Comply with the applicable legal regulations on occupational risk prevention.
- Conservation of the environment and its surroundings
- Comply with current environmental legislation.
- Raise awareness, train and educate staff to respect the environment.
- Promote environmentally sound behaviour among external personnel operating under our name.
- Preventing pollution, using resources rationally, reducing consumption and emissions into the atmosphere.
- Manage selective waste collection to facilitate recycling.
